Westlake Village Animal Hospital establishes a good relationship with their clients and their pets

In order to provide the best possible medical services for their patients - your pets, Westlake Village Animal Hospital's great veterinarians strive to establish the best possible relationship with their clients - the owners of the pets, you!

Of course, the delivery of veterinary care at WVAH is provided in a competent and humane manner. The veterinarians establish a relationship with the pets and their owners to  assess the situation and then are able to prescribe drugs and treatments.

The current veterinary medical practice and professional code in California is as follows:

The veterinarian assumes responsibility for making medical judgments  regarding the health of the pet and the need for medical treatment. After an examination of the pet, the veterinarian discusses with the client the course of treatment and instructs the client, if needed, in the administration of drugs and treatments. The veterinarian has established a relationship with both the pet and their owner. This relationship gets reestablished every time the pet has a medical issue and in the minimum every six month  to a year for vaccinations,  for example.

At WVAH we have four excellent veterinarians: Dr. Steve Rosenstein, Dr. Daniel Slaton, Dr. Stacy Rothman and Dr. Howard Martin. All four love their animals. They all strive to provide the best veterinary care with love and compassion for the pets and their owners.

Additionally, WVAH provides discounted veterinary care to a good number of Rescue Organizations such as SAFE You may have seen the CBS clip aired on April 21, 2011 at 5:00 pm  'As Seen On TV' by Whitney Drolen.
