On Wednesday November 24th 2010, from 8am-5pm, Westlake Village Animal Hospital is offering a non-anesthetic dental cleaning service for your pets.

This service will be offered monthly at Westlake Village Animal Hospital 31166 Via Colinas Westlake Village CA Phone 805 497-4900

 

Trained and experienced non-anesthetic dental Hygienist/technician will perform this service.

Although this service does not replace the traditional anesthetic dental cleaning, it can be beneficial and possibly prevent or minimize the number of traditional anesthetic cleanings.

The candidates that would benefit the best from this service are:

* Dogs and cats who are at 1 to 2 calculus level, meaning beginning levels of plaque.

* Senior pets who should not go under anesthesia.

* Pets who have chronic kidney, liver or heart disease.

* Pets whose owners apprehend traditional anesthetic dental cleanings. 

* Pets who have certain allergies and who may not benefit from traditional dental cleanings.
